Airdrie sits about 30 minutes north of Calgary up the QEII, and it's one of the fastest-growing cities in Alberta. A lot of that growth is newer builds — which means two things for painting. First, a wave of homes put up in the 2000s and 2010s are now hitting the age where builder-grade exteriors need their first real repaint. Second, plenty of owners want to replace the flat builder-white interiors they moved into with colours that actually feel like their home.
Airdrie's newer subdivisions get a lot of open, wind-exposed sky, so south- and west-facing exterior walls take heavy UV and weather. When we repaint an Airdrie exterior we plan for that exposure with the right product and prep, rather than just matching the original builder coat that's now faded and chalking.
