Exterior coatings need surface temperatures and humidity inside the manufacturer's window, not just a nice-looking day. In Calgary that generally means late spring through early fall, and it means watching overnight lows and afternoon sun, not only the calendar. Exterior slots between May and September fill up fast, so earlier bookings get better weather windows.
